Shipping & Returns

Mansionheir's goal is that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please report any problems to us immediately to ensure prompt replacement or credit for damaged or defective items.

We do not accept returned products for the following reasons:
1. You ordered the wrong product.
2. It has been over 30 days since you received the product.
3. No refunds for downloaded sheet music.

Please send an e-mail to: info@mansionheir.com explaining the problem. Give us your name and address, the item and reason you are not satisfied and whether you are returning the item or wish to have it replaced.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case that Mansionheir Music shipped you the wrong product.
